Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be required to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the scheduled service. This policy helps ensure that I can offer appointment times to other clients & continue providing quality service. Thank you for your understanding!
